ADMISSIONS POLICY

                    Admissions are made mainly in class VIII, strictly on merit, subject to general conditions as follows:-

a.                 ELIGIBILITY: Sons of the persons domiciled in the areas mentioned hereunder are entitled to admission, as per the quota specified against each:-

b.                 AGE & QUALIFICATION: Boys seeking admission must have passed class vii, and must not be under 12 years and over 14 years on 01 April 2010.

c.                 Minimum requirements for physical fitness of the candidates are:

          i.          Height                                                             : 4’ 10”

          ii.           weight                                                             (and NOT over 5’.8”)

          iii.          Chest (Unexpanded)                                       75 Lbs

          iv.           Vision Test                                                      S.T.DI-Both eyes 6/6

                    (From a distance of 20 feet) S.T.DII-One eye 6/9

                                                                                and other 6/12 correctable 

                                                                                with glasses.

v.              Joints: There must be free and perfect motion of all joints. The feet and toes to be well-formed.

vi.            Knocking knee is an “UNFIT” case.

vii.          Complete FLAT-FOOT is medically unfit.

viii.        Permanent deformity of any part of the body body is an unfit case.

Note:- The College’s Medical Board’s decision about medical fitness shall be treated as final and shall not be challenged in any court of law.

FEE STRUCTURE:

          a.          Application form and Registration/Entrance Test Fee:                          Rs.900/-

                     (To be paid with application from):

          b.           Admission Fee (Non-refundable):                     Rs.12000/-

          c.          Security Deposit (Refundable):                              Rs.2000/-

          d.          Dev/maint fund (annual and non refundable:          Rs.5000/- (p a)

          e.          Consolidated annual fees (non refundable)          R.s8000/-(p m)

                    In addition to above charges the cadets have to pay the actual amount of clothing, books stationery, postage etc. which should not exceed to Rs. (aprx. 30000 once in year).

THE PARENTS HAVE TO DEPOSIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT (FEE/CHARGES) IN ADVANCE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.

SELF FINANCE:

In addition to above mentioned fee, the candidates seeking admission on self finance, shall have to pay Rs.150000/= in advance, once at the time of admission.   

Note:- The consolidated fee mentioned above includes tuition fee, lodging, boarding, laundry, games, medical treatment, library contribution, hair-cut, shoe repair, Computer Training etc.

Miscellaneous Charges: In addition to the above, the cadets shall have to pay actual charges for clothing, books and stationery, bedding, traveling etc.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF FEES:

                    All payment shall be made through Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of the Principal, Cadet College Pano Aqil “Payee’s account only” No other mode of payment is acceptable. Kit No., name and House of the cadet must be clearly mentioned in the covering letter.

NOTE:- FEE, EXCEPT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, ONCE PAID, SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
